"Demayo tile was incredible. I prior had a very bad experience with another contractor and I needed someone reliable to fix our bathroom. Mike and his team were extremely professional, responsive and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to redo our plumbing and helped us obtain the correct products needed for our project. The tile looks incredible. They were also very clean and removed all tile, dust etc. We are beyond thrilled to have found Demayo tile and look forward to using them in the future if needed for additional projects. "Jonathan C. from Franchetti Tile did a fantastic job. He came the same day I called and gave me an estimate. He advised me where to go to get the best porcelain tile at a reasonable price. He then picked up the tile, delivered it to my home and he and his son installed the tile in three days. He was very professional and my kitchen floor looks terrific. Yes, but you should only put tile directly on drywall in smaller areas that don’t experience excess moisture. For example, a small kitchen tile backsplash could work, but installing tile directly on the drywall in a bathroom or other chronically damp area is not a good idea. Yes, your shower pan goes underneath your tiling and helps prevent excess water from seeping into the floor. Without the shower pan under your tile, water will seep through the grout and into the flooring.
