"Had my blue bathtub and pink walls reglazed white in May 2018 before I moved into my 1 bathroom home. Within weeks both the tub and the walls peeled and had spots of pink and blue showing through. Some of the spots are huge, and they are all very noticeable. Called the owner, Sal Calandra and asked for touch up paint in May 2018- he never brought it over. Called / emailed some more - he never got back in touch with me. So... I wrote a review online which got his attention...(and made him have a huge temper tantrum, but I digress...) He said he would re-do my bathroom ONLY after I removed the review, and I would have to vacate my home for about 5 days and live in a hotel (at my own expense) while this was happening. I was going through breast cancer treatments at the time, so that was not an option. We emailed back and forth again in August / September 2018 about doing an acrylic tub overlay instead so it would be less time without a working shower - he gave me an incredibly high price, not taking into consideration the 3K I had already spend on the worthless reglazing. I send him my last email in the chain on Sept 14, 2018 asking just for the repeat reglazing instead- and he never answered that email. I emailed him again on February 23, 2019 letting him know my treatments were over and that I would like to schedule the reglazing - and he never answered that email. This past week I see his truck parked outside my neighbors house and I went up and knocked on the door. He basically told me I was a b*tch for writing the bad review (which he says hurt his business) and that he had no interest in working with me and fixing my bathroom because of it. I then asked for my money back, which he said he would think about. Today he offered me 1K (not the 3k I paid) BUT before I got the money I had to remove all of the negative reviews AND I had to sign legal paperwork that I would not post any other reviews of his business. Guess what I decided to do..."

"I went to get a quote in August for shower doors. I met with Katie and she was helpful with giving me some ideas and quoted me pricing for sliding doors and hinged doors in oil rubbed bronze. I did my part in shopping for 2 other quotes but the quality, professionalism and flexibility was beyond any other company. Even though they are a bit pricier than other companies it is well worth it for the quality you receive. Upon installation, the gentlemen that came were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job in placing my new shower doors and giving me instruction on how to care for the new doors. I will definitely use them again when I re-do my boys bathroom."
