"[Member Name Removed], Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. The whole team is happy every time we get positive reviews. Thanks again, Jeff"
"Thanks for the review [Member Name Removed]! We're glad we were able to assist you with your electrical needs."
"[Member Name Removed], Thanks to your input we've greatly improved. This job was over 2 years ago and since then we have been constantly working to improve our service. The main issue was miscommunication about where the city required the panel to be and where you understood it was going to be. In the end, the client is always right and we redid the work at no cost to you to make sure you were satisfied. We strongly believe that communication is the cornerstone to great service. We looked at our entire service experience and have made many changes to improve our communication with our clients. We use pictures and video to explain our work and set agreed upon expectations. We make calls before and after the work to ensure our clients 100% satisfaction. If the job lasts for multiple days we check in with our clients at the end of each work day (if they want) to show them progress we've made and answer any questions they may have. I have to say, that receiving a 'D' review does sting, but it's situations like yours that help us to grow and be the best service company around. Thanks, Jeff - Owner"
