i've been very happy with them. been using them for different services like electrical plumbing and ac maintenance.

They were very good. They were expensive but they were very good.

Overall the quality of work was good Jacob and Chad were on time and didnt leave until job was complete and system was up and running well. They took time to answer all my questions. I only had two concerns . 1 there was a 2 to 4 inch scratch on my wood floor right below the attic access door and 2 I had to look up on youtube how to connect my thermostat to my phone to be able to control over wifi. Other than that accurate is top notch.

They charge a visit fee to give a quote and the initial price they quoted was way too high (based on other listed prices on Angie's List). We negotiated a lower price which was still higher than other advertised specials, but I was in a hurry and caught with their visit fee. The work crew was excellent, did good work, used quality parts, were punctual and courteous. However, with all of the choices for companies out there the price game they play is not appreciated and not necessary.

Within 24 hours of my contacting them,Accurate had completed the job.They even arrived early and were most professional.I appreciated that they call 30 minutes prior to arrival and send a picture of the technician.Office staff were very congenial on the phone.Will definitely use again!

They did a very good job very quickly. I thank them. They were at our house even before they said they would be. They were very professional. There were two workers and they got along very well.

Electrician looked into the problem and then provided a fixed price quote to fix the issue I found the quote ( over $400) very high and declined to proceed I subsequently used another company who charged less than half AND also replaced a faulty wall socket as part of the price.

All went well from the very nice technician to the repairs. The customer service person even tried to save me a service call by helping over the phone. My problem is the outrageous cost of troubleshooting. It's not by the hour. It's a lump sum over $500 maybe $549 or so before any discounts. That's the cost if it takes minutes or hours. This does not include the repairs. The reason given is if it takes many hours I guess the customer wins but that's a lot of hours to find the burned out socket where only a portion of the small condo was involved. I did receive a 10% discount for using Angies List.

The electrician, Tony, was great in all aspects of the job. He was thorough, professional and very friendly.

Our living room, master bedroom, master bath, guest bedroom, and hallway bathroom lights went out one day. Messaged Accurate Electrical Services and got a response in just a couple hours. Mike was sent out in just under an hour from speaking to Sherry about our issue. He was super professional and explained things in detail. He checked our circuits and found the faulty one, replaced a few burnt outlets that were loose, and now we have light! We definitely will be calling AES back for our other electrical issues! Tony the electrician had to jockey his schedule around but kept us in informed as to his estimated arrival time. When he arrived he did a check of the system and quoted us a reasonable price. It was determined that the probable cause was rodent damage to the wiring in the ceiling or walls. Tony was able to locate the damaged wiring and correct the problem without punching holes in either the ceiling or walls. He recommended that a rodent pest control company be called and showed us how the pest operator could gain access to the interior of the ceiling without damaging the drywall.

Mike Peratoner replaced the faulty wire and restored power to the bedroom. Mike knew exactly what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with the work and would call Accurate Electric Services again if the need arises.

This is my 4th or 5th encounter with Accurate Electrical. Awesome. On time, quick and professional. My go to electricians!

The tech was very fast with the installation, and knowledgeable. Very courteous and answered all my questions.

I had to have the supervisor come out and finish the job, because the original guy was very argumentative. They dug the trench and put the electrical box on the wrong side of the wall and asked that I pay for it. He did eventually come back and fix it, and agreed to only charge me for the quoted price. They had initially upsold me on services I didn't need. I also had issues getting them to return my calls. I would recommend them.

I spoke to Jackie. They helped fix the problem over the phone. They were really nice. I would definitely be using them in the future.

This is the third job that Accurate Electrical Services has done for me.  They are very professional, knowledgeable in their field, prompt and neat in their work.  They are among my favorite contractors!  They helped figure out the best method to create outlets and switches for new exterior uses in the backyard, including a fountain and bistro lights, including an switch inside the house to control the bistro lights on the patio.  After listening to me describe how/when I wanted the fountain on or off, they suggested a photo cell, rather than a switch, so the fountain will come on during the day and turn off at night.  They also installed an outlet for the fountain motor, so I can unplug it when I am away from home.  They used existing wiring, and ran a new ground wire, to add an outlet outside the garage.
As usual, they were on time, courteous, and neat.  They do high quality work, and clean up after themselves.  Their prices are not the cheapest, but I would rather pay a bit more and know that the workers are well paid, because that results in higher quality work.  I would definitely recommend them (and have done so, several times, to various friends).
Once you are a customer, they tend to assign you to a specific lead person, so you work with that same person each time to determine what is needed and to generate the scope of work and price quote.  This makes for a strong professional relationship, and better outcomes, because the lead person gets to know your whole electrical system.

Good, the caulking around the ceiling shrunk, doesn't look so good.

It took a week for him to call me. He made some suggestions of what I could do. A friend found the problem and the vendor said he would have the office schedule him to come out. No one ever called. He wanted me to buy a new fan, but this one is less than one year old. I would never use him again. I hope I can get my money back. I am not sure I would ever use Angie's List again.
