Had my blue bathtub and pink walls reglazed white in May 2018 before I moved into my 1 bathroom home. Within weeks both the tub and the walls peeled and had spots of pink and blue showing through. Some of the spots are huge, and they are all very noticeable. Called the owner, Sal Calandra and asked for touch up paint in May 2018- he never brought it over. Called / emailed some more - he never got back in touch with me. So... I wrote a review online which got his attention...(and made him have a huge temper tantrum, but I digress...) He said he would re-do my bathroom ONLY after I removed the review, and I would have to vacate my home for about 5 days and live in a hotel (at my own expense) while this was happening. I was going through breast cancer treatments at the time, so that was not an option. We emailed back and forth again in August / September 2018 about doing an acrylic tub overlay instead so it would be less time without a working shower - he gave me an incredibly high price, not taking into consideration the 3K I had already spend on the worthless reglazing. I send him my last email in the chain on Sept 14, 2018 asking just for the repeat reglazing instead- and he never answered that email. I emailed him again on February 23, 2019 letting him know my treatments were over and that I would like to schedule the reglazing - and he never answered that email. This past week I see his truck parked outside my neighbors house and I went up and knocked on the door. He basically told me I was a b*tch for writing the bad review (which he says hurt his business) and that he had no interest in working with me and fixing my bathroom because of it. I then asked for my money back, which he said he would think about. Today he offered me 1K (not the 3k I paid) BUT before I got the money I had to remove all of the negative reviews AND I had to sign legal paperwork that I would not post any other reviews of his business. Guess what I decided to do...

Our experience with Premier Refinishing was outstanding. We could not have asked for more. Sal responded to all of our inquiries immediately and Steve performed an excellent job. Not only did he re-grout and re-caulk a 50 year old bathroom for us, he re-glazed a tub and also performed some repair work in a second bathroom. He was quick to point out that it was not necessary for us to remove and replace tiles that were perfectly functional. He saved us a lot of money by giving our old bathroom a terrific facelift that will likely last us many more years. The price was more than reasonable and were were extremely impressed with the entire process. CALL SAL FOR A QUOTE; YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

About 40 minutes late the first day , called to inform me that they were on the way. Good customer service, both guys were friendly and professional . It took 2 days to finish the job and about 4 days for it to dry completely , but well worth the wait .

The work far exceeded my expectations. The bathroom had the original beige-pink bathtub and tile and it was reglazed to white. Sal was able to stop by and provide a quote the same day I called him. He was able to work with my tight deadline for my house sale. Del came out to do the work and was fantastic. Very punctual and professional. The bathroom has been completely transformed, everyone who has seen it is amazed at the results! I’m very glad I had the work done.

We had Premier Refinishing (Sal) and his crew refinish the tub, install a 3 piece tub/shower enclosure, as shower doors, and new floor tiles in our 40 year old main bath. From our first call to Sal, through the design, estimate, and contracting, he was both professional and extremely helpful in our selection and in keeping our cost down. Sal also in contacted us immediately when his crew discovered that our sub-floor was un-salvageable. Sal again kept the incremental cost down on replacing the sub floor and didn't blow our budget. He also coordinated with our plumber who had to rough in the plumbing for our new fixtures during the early part of the work. Additionally, Sal's crew, was neat kept the dust and odor to a minimum and left our upstairs clean every evening. We are extremely happy with the finished bathroom. We have a brand new bathroom for less than half the price of traditional renovations. I would without reservation recommended Premier Refinishing for renovating your bathroom!

"I am sorry that you felt that way, [Member Name Removed]. The tiles in your bathroom date back to the late 1920's. Based on how the tiles were manufactured without any bevel at the edges and how they were installed without spacers, i felt it too risky to attempt to remove the existing grout. Doing so would very likely cause damage to your tiles. This is why I offered other options. I do all estimates myself and do not attempt to upsell any services that are not necessary."

I recently had Premier Refinishing perform work in my bathroom - reglazing my 1940's era sink and bath tub and regrouting my entire bathroom. Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal was responsive to me from initial cost estimate to completion. He and his crew were very organized and detailed. They were exceptionally clean, protecting my bathroom through-out all of their work. Sal coordinated his schedule with mine allowing me to have other contractors (plumber & electrician) do work in between his visits. He advised me on the order things should be done so that the reglazing of the sink and tub would be completed last to avoid any damage. He also coordinated his schedule so I could meet my goal of having all the bathroom work completed before the Thanksgiving holiday. He was able to do tile repair work late on a Saturday. Overall, I am very pleased with the work completed. My sink and tub look like new. I would not hesitate to use Premier again and would recommend them to my family and friends. Sal and his team did a fantastic job reglazing our tub and all of the surrounding tiles. It's hard to believe it's the same bathroom. The tub and tiles look better than new! He's a professional in every sense of the word including keeping to his cost estimate, predicting amount of time to do the work, arriving on time, covering/masking everything that needed to be and cleaning up before he left. He was honest about everything he did and double checked with us on every decision we needed to make regarding finishes, additions, etc. Someone from his team did the prep work but Sal did the actual glazing. And his glazing was done perfectly. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Sal and his team were great. They gave us a good price and were meticulous in their work. Very professional.
They removed an the old shower door attached to the tub, then reglazed the tub and the sink. re-grouted the shower encloser, and also installed a shower curtain rod and grab bar.
The bathroom looks brand new!

Sal and his team were professional and friendly. They gave an estimate and stuck to it. They thoroughly stripped and reglazed one bathtub. (this tub had been previously reglazed). The second tub was repaired and reglazed. They finished both tubs in one day. They came back the next morning to caulk and clean up. The tubs look GREAT! We were very happy with the service and would use them in the future!

I found this company on Angie's list and compared different methods with other companies. This seemed to be the most logical one to fix my bathtub. Phonecalls were promptly returned, appointments made and kept. The tub was measured and the respective mat ordered. Installation was done a couple of weeks later. I am very happy with the end result. It saved me the installation of a new tub since relining this particular type of tub (fiberglass) is something nobody wanted to do.
