He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. "Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

"Over the past 5 years, Joseph and Sons completed several projects for us. These projects include demolishing and replacing cement front steps, adding a portico over the front steps and adding a wet laid natural thermal bluestone front walk. Angelo also completed a gravity drainage system from the sump hole in the basement to the storm drain in the street. Our sump pump has not run since then (almost 5 years). Most recently Angelo has put in a storm water drainage system which connects into the town storm drain system to prevent large amounts of ice from forming on our driveway and street.
