Would I use them again?: I’ve done a kitchen remodel with them, then a living room- from ceiling paint to floor install to closets remodeling, and I’m having them return for a quote on deck / balcony and gazebo reconstruction and new fence So yes.. "Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. "The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days,taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors. (weather, special colors, product availability etc.  Would highly recommend Remodel-Design by Bongiovanni"

"John was responsive, professional and fair, even when surprises came up with our old 1960’s house (bad pipes, rotted subfloor) and fixing shoddy work from a prior contractor. His site super Ronan did great work and creative problem solver. I realize how difficult it is for a contractor to commit to a such a small but complex scope that included all trades. Difficult work in a small space, it turned out beautifully! He was professional — when he couldn’t stick to the schedule and needed prodding to complete punchlist he didn’t charge us for the balance. Work was high quality, I’m an architect so a tough customer! Pleased overall."
