"The father-son team of Jack and Dominic gave us a great price for a complete remodeling of our bathroom and significant renovation of the kitchen.  The price was inclusive of granite countertop, something that we initially thought would not be within our budget.  Jack and Dominic did all the work themselves.  We found them to be responsible, friendly, and very professional.  They did a great job while in the process keeping our home clean for our family.  They also removed all the trash after they were done.  We really like our new kitchen and bathroom, and would gladly hire Jack and Dominic again for future projects.

"I found Nilsen Building and Remodeling from Angie's List and at the time, they had a 'Painter for a Day' promotion going on that I couldn't refuse - I thought, it's so affordable what could possibly go wrong? I reached out to David to coordinate right away so to take advantage of my voucher, and he was in touch shortly after and we were able to lock in a start date two weeks later. I was concerned about scheduling without having him stop by and seeing the space first, but he assured me there wouldn't be any concerns and that the job could be done within the 8 hours. To sum up my experience in one sentence - I am so happy with my finished, painted room and I will certainly be using David and his team for more projects around my house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the North Jersey area. The job included painting a lot of trim work and 2 accent walls. Once you get past the bright purple color I chose, you can see their high-quality work and attention-to-detail all throughout. "The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days,taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors. (weather, special colors, product availability etc.  Would highly recommend Remodel-Design by Bongiovanni"
