"Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. Guys were very professional, being respectful of our home and working neatly/efficiently. I highly recommend John without hesitation, and will be using him in the future when we renovate our Master Bathroom."

"The father-son team of Jack and Dominic gave us a great price for a complete remodeling of our bathroom and significant renovation of the kitchen.  The price was inclusive of granite countertop, something that we initially thought would not be within our budget.  Jack and Dominic did all the work themselves.  We found them to be responsible, friendly, and very professional.  They did a great job while in the process keeping our home clean for our family.  They also removed all the trash after they were done.  We really like our new kitchen and bathroom, and would gladly hire Jack and Dominic again for future projects.

"The Service went well. TV wall mount took a little longer than I thought but they finished it well.

"Once again, MTL Contracted has not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful work and transformed our unfinished basement into a gorgeous living space, including closets, built on bookshelves, home gym, etc. Work is impeccable and done timely as promised. Matt works extremely neatly and cleans up all debris, etc. Couldn't be happier."

"The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days, taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors. (weather, special colors, product availability etc.  Would highly recommend Remodel-Design by Bongiovanni"

"I highly recommend this company for remodeling and roofing. Their customer service was excellent and my bathroom is gorgeous! Both roof and bathroom were completed on time and according to project plan. I just hired them again for my kitchen and bonus room remodel."

"John Waddell is the principal of Allure Contracting.  John is a professional, responsible, exacting contractor.  He shows up when he says he will and his workmanship shows great attention to detail and craftsmanship.  He works with the customer?s budget and his prices are very fair.  We will use John again for sure !!
Great experience."

"Malik runs a very professional operation. From the time of initial phone contact with Malik (yes, he does answer his own phone) to the final post-job cleanup, this was a hassle-free project for me. Malik's crew showed up promptly each morning, and under the supervision of Malik or his equally capable foreman ("Mr. Z"), every detail of this work was performed in a skilled, highly competent and precise manner. Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion. Worth noting also is the fact that, although he was aware of my budget limitations, Malik was able to deliver a first-class job which the quality of the finished product reflects. I would enthusiastically recommend him to any Angie's List member (and will be contacting him myself for all future work on my house).
