5 out of 5 experience had LVP put into my new construction build and David and Mimi knocked it out of the park they did an amazing job from start to finish (just under 2 days) the best part of the job I had a really annoying squeak from the plywood hitting the new beam they’re installer Daniel fixed it for me without me saying anything that’s attention to detail. Materials came in when they said it would be and got to installing that same day do not hesitate to give them a call they came in prices VERY competitively the flooring was great quality better then anything you’d get at Home Depot for a fraction of the price Their crew was professional and neat they cleaned up everything and even covered my floors after they were done. Thanks again guys look forward to doing more projects again!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Builder LLC to refinish the original 65-year-old hardwood floors in my home, which had never been refinished before. From start to finish, the entire team, including the administrative staff, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. During the initial consultation, David provided valuable guidance and suggestions based on the overall design theme I was aiming for, as my home was undergoing a complete renovation. He helped me choose the right colors and even offered recommendations for trim and base colors to complement the refinished floors. The project itself was completed in just two days, which was faster than I had anticipated. The team worked efficiently and demonstrated excellent time management, ensuring that every member knew exactly what needed to be done. Their ability to complete the job in two days instead of three without compromising on quality truly impressed me. Additionally, the pricing was fair for the scope of work completed. I also appreciated their flexibility—though I first contacted them in January, delays on my end with county permits pushed the project to March. Despite this, they were understanding and accommodating to my schedule. Overall, my experience with Floor Builder LLC was outstanding. They delivered high-quality work, provided excellent customer service, and were highly professional throughout the process.
