Overall fantastic, Chris was great to work with always communicated and laid out all of the details for us. Very helpful with some creative ideas as well. Our bathroom came out beautifully and all the work was done promptly and efficiently. The workers were awesome and cleaned up everything to where it was cleaner then when they started. I would highly recommend calling for all your construction projects.

I highly recommend this company for remodeling and roofing. Their customer service was excellent and my bathroom is gorgeous! Both roof and bathroom were completed on time and according to project plan. I just hired them again for my kitchen and bonus room remodel.

Fantastic! Chris and his team were super responsive and worked with us to make the renovation go smoothly. They managed to save us a huge amount of space in our nursery closet, and worked carefully to preserve the historic elements of the house. They were also very fair with pricing and were diligent about sticking to our agreed upon budget. This was our second time working with RACS in our new home, and I will certainly work with them again for future projects!

Chris was very transparent on pricing, gave plenty of options and it was extremely reasonable. Complete water proofing, drip edge, GAC shingles and all in 3 days ! Few minor kinks but chris took care of everything !

Chris and his guys did amazing work in our daughter's room, which was in pretty bad shape with messed up walls, wiring issues, etc. In about a day and a half, her room was transformed; they fixed everything, did a pristine paint job, and mounted a tv and other stuff on the walls. They were not only fast, but they were also meticulous. In addition, Chris was so responsive, which was a refreshing experience. More than a contractor, he has a designer's eye and great ideas. I don't remember what we paid, but I know it was reasonable. We would definitely recommend RAC and work with them again.

Chris and his crew really took pride in this rehab project. I am a pretty seasoned real estate investor and have worked with many contractors over the years for big and small projects. I have to say Racs is right up there with the best of the best.. The Townhouse looks amazing from the new floors to the new kitchen and baths and finished basement. The attention to detail is what I really look for in a vendor and Chris and his crew certainly pass that test. I highly recommend Racs for sure.

Without a hitch. Very professional and knowledgeable. But most of all the price was affordable. When finished you couldn't tell work was done. Place was spotless.
