"We have an annual maintenance contract. If I needed a part in the past, the part is higher than on the market but they give good service contract. They are the ones for all the levels of service and it is a very good air conditioner. They do a good job. I would recommend them. They explain everything."

"My experience with air experts for the installation of a new HVAC unit and hot water heater was nothing short of superb. The team of technicians that arrived were professional, clean cut and the hardest working young men I have ever seen, all of them. They worked from 9am until after 10pm. Todd, the lead tech, Dennis, Iilia, and Acold were tireless on the installation. They were obviously dedicated employees that the company should be proud of. The installation of the HVAC was difficult as it was in a crawl space. I couldn't be more pleased! The we're contracted through Lowe's and I found David Page, the sales rep, to be professional and responsive to my initial concerns."
