While angi said that the initial quotation was FREE, No Cleaners said that if they came to provide a quote and we decide not to proceed with the work, we needed to pay $99 as fee for inspection. This was a bit disturbing as others did not charge for the visit and initial quote. I would recommend No 1 Cleaners as they were were professional and executed very well."
