"It went well. Not sure how many years it's been but Dave continues to solve the many riddles around our boiler (house circa 1930). This time was not so bad but I simply don't call anyone else PERIOD. Waste of time when you can work with a savant. Just as an FYI - he's pretty much done my entire basement from PEX to a water filtration system."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"Pros: Answered our request for service quickly. Professional, friendly service. Work was completed in one day (crew did a great job) New unit, with updated features, works great. Cons: sales consultant did not have updated pricing. He did not have business cards. Took 4 days for crew to come out and install new furnace. (Old furnace sprung a leak on the coldest day of the year). Forgot to give us detailed invoice."

"Tony tried to talk me through a re-set of the system to avoid having to pay for a repair, when we could not reset the system they came out within an hour and had the heat working again by lunch time. He also followed up with a phone call, very professional service all around, I recommend them highly."

"Our 35+ year old furnace went out last November. Artur came and evaluated our systems. We ended up installing 2 new HVAC systems. He was very thorough and explained everything, answering all our questions. The installation was on time and the crew was very competent but also neat, thoughtful and polite. The best part: our system since we bought our house was never optimal despite lots of companies working on it over the years but now for the first time, I can say WE ARE TRULY COMFORTABLE WITH THE TEMPERATURE IN OUR HOME.
