"In October 2018, I was on the market to replace my 30+ furnace and 15+ AC. There were 6 dealers representing two brands visiting my property. I was shocked to learn that 5 were not able to properly size equipment, didn't include ductwork modifications and refused to replace Freon and drain lines.
