We seem to keep getting clogged backs. They said it was from roots on the trees. They came in and did a professional and everything. They came in with the microscope and looked at the clog and stuff.

"They came out to replace my hot water heater a while back. The service was great, no issues with the installation or technicians. My problem lies that months later I realized the township never contacted me for the post install inspection. I called the township and the told me a permit was never filed by them. The permit cost was part of the installation price. I immediately called them and asked what happen. No one had a good answer. I had to call multiple times and I kept getting told they would pass the info along. Here we are I believe 3 years later and they still never filed the permit."
