"The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. "They came and took away the two huge trees that were needed to be removed. Quick job with the correct tools, good price and knowledge. I have just two not so good points. One, as it was raining/snowing at the time of the service, they opened big holes in the grass with the truck stoppers and a huge hole in the middle of the gravel driveway, which they didn't fix correctly when the job was finished. And second, they destroyed the plants from my rock garden that were around the tree to be removed. I know it can be difficult to down a tree taking care of the vegetation, but took me 3 years to recover them and the rock garden still have to be redone."
