"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

Vinny on the other hand, followed up several times, which was great. He did everything he said he would do, and he did it quickly. I contacted him a few months later to ask if he did water testing. The previous owners had cleaned their grouting tools in the kitchen sink leading to a massive backup in 2 major lines. "Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.
