"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job. "Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. "Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent.
