"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job. "Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous. We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. They even replaced our old door doors with beautiful elegant doors. We are so happy with everything. Being mindful of our home, they also consistently cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. We are so ecstatic. It feels like we are in a new home."

"I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."
