He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

"Everything was great. Harry was very helpful in assisting us with our kitchen design. The kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful. The crown molding craftmanship was absolute artistry. The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous. We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. They even replaced our old door doors with beautiful elegant doors. We are so happy with everything. Being mindful of our home, they also consistently cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."

"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."
