Hector, the owner, came out with two of his crew members the day before the 4th of July to replace both my AC and furnace. They arrived right at 8am and worked nonstop until 6:30pm to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the job, they found a few unexpected issues, but Hector and his team kept me informed the entire time and handled everything with professionalism and care. "He came to my house, inspected the a/c system and told me the engine on the compressor was working too hard and therefore would shut off before overheating. He was very honest with me and said that the cause could just be a clogged filter or the motor was going. Since I called him near the end of the a/c season he told me to replace the filter first to see if that worked ($5 fix). If not, he would come back at the beginning of next season and replace the motor on the a/c. Ali didn't even charge me for the service call. Great honest company that I would recommend."

"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"Excellently. I arranged for estimates from two respected HVAC companies and selected Alpine, who installed our previous HVAC system 24 years ago. They did an outstanding job installing a Lennox SLP98V ultra-efficient furnace, SL18XC1 air conditioner, iComfort thermostat, and HC11 media filter. The installers arrived on time and completed the changeout in a day-and-a-half. This included adding a furnace air intake through a concrete basement wall, modifying the supply and return plenums, and re-installing our humidifier. They cleaned up everything. The new system is quiet, wi-fi enabled, and alerts Alpine (and me) if there are problems. It even provides operating logs (if you're so inclined.)"
