"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me.
