"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me.
