"This was a longstanding leak worked by several contractors over the years. AJT said sensible things and did sensible things and, knock on wood, it's finally fixed. I've had half a dozen people out on it over the years. The leak was in a second floor kitchen, under a dormer for a third floor kitchen. No sign on the third floor. They installed an new roof on the 6x10 foot flat roof on the third floor dormer. Said the old roof was too short (it may have shrunk, predates my time owning the house). Came through the latest storm without a problem. Thoroughly impressed by how clean the second floor kitchen was after they had to take a load of cellulose insulation in the face opening the ceiling."

"I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was. We didn’t know it but we have iron oxide in our ground which needs to be maintained yearly. Also our french drain hadn’t been dug out deep enough to begin with so our finished basement got completely ruined. It was a very low point in our life but these guys came in, did the DIRTY job with HEAVY lifting and never complained once.
