"Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. "I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "When Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew arrived, I showed him the corner of the garage that I had forgotten to show him on his first visit, where there was some sort of a drainage issue that had evolved over time. He was able to give me an adjusted price on the spot to replace the apron of the garage, re-angled to an existing drain. When the crew broke through the old apron of the garage, they found that water from the broken drain had eroded quite a bit of the earth and timber supporting the corner. Mr. DeBenedetto prescribed filling the void with concrete, and was able to adjust his price a third time to include the new materials. When all was said and done (over 2 days), Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew completed two major jobs, one completely unanticipated (not in the original price) in a quite reasonable amount of time for a very fair price. The workmanship of the masonry and drainage work is excellent. The crew was pleasant and obvioulsy quite skilled. Overall an excellent outcome to major work. I would recommend Mr. Debenedetto withot hesitation."
