He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. "These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was.
