"I gouged my son's marble countertop and CJ saved me. In a very short time, he was able to resurface the countertop to perfection. I am so thankful I was able to find him. I spent my career in the service industry and in today's fix-it fast society, it is wonderful to see that there are still high quality craftsman who take pride in their job."

Not only was their craftsmanship impeccable, but they also maintained a spotless workspace—vacuuming and mopping everything so my kitchen was pristine when they finished. Their knowledge, expertise and craftmanship are top notch. Cesar is easy to work with and truly cares about making sure his customers are happy. Cesar has an uncanny knack for finding a solution to any problem he encounters. I found his pricing to be very fair and reasonable and I quickly learned I could trust Cesar. "I was recommended to AZ REPAIRZ by a friend. The shower body, (water valves) over my tub were old, leaking and needed to be replaced. My plumber needed to break the ceramic tile wall to get to the pipes. I called AZ REPAIRZ to look at the work needed to be done and estimate the cost. The person in charge was very professional and gave me a decent price to do the job. Because the bathroom tiles were 60 years old, they could not get the exact tile match so they cleaned the the salvaged tiles and created a design with the additional tiles they provided. The ceramic tile repair work was done perfectly and does not appear to have been repaired. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and of their service."

"They also retiled my bathroom floor, replaced bathroom cabinet, sheetrock, retiled portion of bathroom wall, fixed leak, replaced faucet, repaired downstairs sheetrock in bathroom, paint, spackled. Excellent, dependable, timely, gentlemen. They worked with my budget, showed up when they said they would. Never just disappeared without letting me know where they would be. Marble Restoration questions, answered by experts

Overall, granite tends to cost more than marble. Prices for each material will fluctuate depending on the source of the stone, your location, shipping costs, and the thickness of the material. Labor to install marble or granite countertops typically ranges from $35 to $45 per hour. Granite and marble tile and slab costs compare as follows:

  • Marble tile: $7–$10

  • Granite tile: $5–$15

  • Marble slab: $25–$60

  • Granite slab: $50–$100

Marble countertops can last from 20 to 100 years, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking for durability. The life span depends on several factors, including how well you take care of your marble countertops. Marble is a porous material, so it can require more upkeep than other countertop options.

Since cesspits must be watertight to prevent leakage and contamination, so they’re typically constructed from one of a few tough materials. Most cesspits are made from fiberglass, concrete, polythene, or steel. Each of these materials carries certain advantages—fiberglass, for example, is resistant to corrosion but may be more prone to cracking if it’s at high capacity.

Marble countertops don’t necessarily crack easily. However, they are more susceptible to damage than some other types of countertops. For example, they can develop etching from acidic liquids, such as lemon or tomato juice. Marble can also chip at the edges if you drop a heavy pan. A faux marble countertop isn’t as delicate as the real deal (depending on the material you’re painting over), but it can still get scratched if you’re not careful. Use hot pads and cutting boards to protect the countertop.

Yes, a granite countertop can be cut in place. However, learning how to cut a granite countertop in place is a lot trickier than cutting granite in an open, well-ventilated space. You’ll also need to protect everything in the surrounding area (like your kitchen cabinets and appliances), but even that might not be enough to prevent dust from getting stuck in tight spots. If you absolutely must cut a granite countertop in place, consider hiring a pro to get the job done in the cleanest and safest way possible.
