I received an estimate from Top Pro Construction LLC. for the crown of my chimney. The estimate was a fair price for the small job. When Top Pro Construction removed three to four rows of bricks on my chimney. The worker on the roof called his manager. The worker and manager decided after they took off the bricks, that more bricks had to be removed. I said "no thank you three times". My small chimney repair cost me $10,000.00 and they used the wrong material instead of what was listed on the estimate. Beware of Top Pro Construction LLC.

This review is for Top Pro Chimney. Top Pro is the parent company. DO NOT USE FOR CHIMNEYS BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU MID-PROJECT. We wanted a chimney cleaning, so we contacted Top Pro Chimney. They were responsive. During the inspection estimate, without doing much of an inspection, we were told we would also need the liner. Prices were on par with liner and cleaning, so we proceeded with the quote. Day 1: The chimney was cleaned. They were having issues with putting in the liner. I could hear them aggressively attempting to put the liner in and dislodging debris from our chimney. At this point they had to call their manager. We were told the liner did not fit, so they needed to break the flue, remove some bricks from the chimney, and built a cap. I had already heard things breaking in my basement, so to be honest, my initial thought was they further damaged our chimney and flue, and now they were saying cannot proceed with the project unless we paid them $8k more. I know things can come up, so I chalked it up to that. But this really should have been caught during the inspection estimate and not a few hours into the project. Our heating cannot work at this point and our chimney is unusable because of the state they have it in, so we have no choice but to agree. At the end of day one, they have put the liner in and dealt with the flue. They also removed many layers of brick from the top of the chimney and only have one more layer to remove the next day. Day 2: They get started on removing the last layer of brick from the top of the chimney in order to build up and put the cap on. Not too long after they get started, we have another issues. Suddenly ALL of the bricks on the chimney are loose. Somehow this was missed 1) during the inspection estimate and 2) when they were working on the chimney the entire day prior? We have to wait an hour for the manager to show up. He tells us that it is goiing to be another $5k to rebuild ~2ft of chimney (note: looking at the costs online, it costs $4-10k to rebuild an entire chimney, which I would estimate is about 20 feet). We were already cornered the day prior to shell out 5x more money than the initial quote for something I believe should have been caught before and is most likely an issue they caused. We wanted our chimney work do be done right and safely, but now I am suspicious that the more we use this company the more issues weâ ll be having. And these issues conveniently have a high cost, according to them. As this additional $5k cost is told to us, the manager also starts saying he has other things to do and he is ally busy. He says we have 15 minutes to decide. Again, we just want the heat to work in our house again because it is fall (The heat was working prior to this, but we needed a chimney cleaning. So now they have left us without heat.). We were suspiciously before, but at this point, we realize we have been scammed and cornered with all of these expensive issues, that should have been caught earlier by chimney experts. We opt out of the additionally $5k, but now they can guarantee the chimeny-how convenient. There will be surprises in a projects, but many of the surprises should not have been surprises for people that do this day in and day out. Essentially we were put in a position where we had to say yes to paying them more. They were unprofessional as I noted with the 15 minutes we were given to make a decision because the manager was busy. I was also bringing in groceries as they were leaving the second day. One of the workers looks in my car as I am bringing items in and asks for a water bottle. I felt uncomfortable because he was looking in my car. It was too awkward to say no-again I felt cornered and like I had to give in. If he needed water during the day while he was working, I would understand. Our neighbor also stopped by after because they were speeding on a residential street with kids.

Bes and his team worked hard to make the front steps look great and very sturdy. The neighbors have complimented the major upgrade. They even worked during the rain. Team was in constant communications of changes and expectations. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up after the work was done.

They never finished the job. I had to complain for them to complete more than 50% of the agreed-upon job. The manager took care of it. As of today, the job is still not completed, despite my several calls and emails.

Mike and Bes and their crew did a remarkable job repairing the front of my house which needed a complete makeover due to water damage and age. This was a major job of repairing the main support beam and 5 support columns then all the trim work . They showed up ever day were craftsmans of the trade at a reasonable price. They will now start s second project of repairing my front steps and hand rails. my neighbors have all ready comment on how nice it looks and the short period to get it finished. Call these guys you will not be disappointed

Good communication. Showed up when they said they would. Explained the unseen problem and showed us pictures.

The were prompt and up front with any issues they encountered.

Al And Ge were very professional and knowledgeable.The workers were neat and fast.

We hired them to paint the entire exterior of our house, add bay window, replace our gutters, and put in a privacy fence. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were reliable and put in long hours every day to get the job done. They got the entire job done in five days so our house was not out of commission for that long which was one of my original fears. When they were finished, you would not even know they were here. They cleaned up everything and the entire house was spotless. They were very receptive to feedback and promptly corrected the few items I questioned. I would highly recommend them to do any home project, large or small.

When I first called these guys, I was very impressed. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were one of the four companies from whom I received estimates for a new roof. They worked with me on the price and even offered to install new gutters for a great price. They were quite kind to me, and I enjoyed my conversations with them. However, the problems I have been left with are very frustrating. Because my attic was left with so much soot, I had to throw some of my Christmas decorations away. I went up there with a shopvac and had to clean for almost two hours, but some stuff just could not be cleaned. The job was finished on August 9th, and I am still hesitant to park in my own driveway because, with the exception of yesterday and today, I have picked up stray nails EVERY DAY since the job has been **finished** They were nice enough to remove my metal antenna, but left the wire dangling from my house too high for me to reach with the ladder I have. The biggest problem is my siding. When they removed my old roof, the sides of the house were not protected. My siding is scuffed, dirty, and scratched. When I mentioned this, one of the guys came over and tried to clean parts of it with WD40. When he realized this was not going to work, he told me he would **come back tomorrow and clean everything** This was on August 10th. I have not heard from them since. Not only is my siding still dirty and scuffed, but the parts he tried to clean are a different shade of beige than the rest of my siding. I will now have to spend more money (and time) to rent or buy a pressure washer to try to clean my siding and hope that it will look like it did before my roof was replaced. I really wanted to give these guys five stars when I first met them, but finishing a job, which includes leaving a property the way it was found, is just as important as the actual labor. Having had to throw possessions away and also spend more money to clean up after the contractor really makes me feel like I made the wrong decision by choosing Top Pro Construction, LLC.

Nick and Bes are the best! Everyday I look at the completed job with satisfaction. They have became "family" to us because they were so easy to work with. They were very professional. Their workers worked quick and neat. And were all so polite! I highly recommend them. One word to describe them... AWESOME.

You will not go wrong using this company. The customer service is exceptional. We needed a new roof and they quoted 2 days to get it done including the new gutters. I thought there is no way they will get it done in two days especially since a problem was discovered. In two days it was completely done. The crew was outstanding. They took care not to damage the landscaping. During the project, we were constantly contacted with updates. The day the projected started, one of the owners came out and explained everything that was going to be done. I really felt like we were getting personalized service. Thank you to everyone at Top Pro Construction for a great job.

They did a good job but initially did not flush the gutters. After I called and complained about that, they came out the following week. So, good job overall and they gave me a good deal for every year thereafter. Kayla in CS does a great job of keeping you well informed and for great follow-up

From Salesman, Nick, assessing work scope and giving me an estimate for my roof and gutter repairs which I found to be very reasonable, to the technician, Xhiku, coming and doing all the repairs to my satisfaction, it was a very good experience. Everyone from owner, Bes, Office Manager, Kayla, Xhiku and Nick couldn't have been more professional and nice to work with. I was told when they would come to do the work and they were on schedule and on time and completed the job when they said they would. Xhiku was very skilled at the repairs to both the roof and gutters, he was neat and clean and got the job done. This was a very professional company that was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for work at your home.
