We are pleased with the work and professionalism of this contractor. Some shingles were blown off our roof due to strong wind. Once we hired this contractor, they promptly scheduled the work and thoroughly repaired the roof. We are very pleased.

This company is on point. They repaired my chimney when no one else could figure out the problem. I had several contractors come to my home and no one could figure out the problem. Sergio (owner) was on point. He figured out the problem immediately and next day job was completed. Besides all of this Sergio has called me several times to make sure everything was working properly. I can tell you how impressed I was with his follow ups. He also does all other types of jobs. If you need any chimney work, roofing gutters and masonry work done, this is the man to reach. Absolutely 100% happy with Quality Pro Construction.

They only did part of the job sent me pictures it was completed and requested payment. I paid in full only to realize that the job was not completed. They are no longer responding to my requests for them to finish the job.

Sergio was very prompt when coming to give me an estimate and the team was on time to get the job started. As I brought up add-ons to the project, Sergio only accepted those within his area of expertise. I learned as the work was being done. The status reports helped me know what to expect. They didn't linger or delay on the job, but I don't think they took any shortcuts. I didn't want a cheap job and I feel like I got what I paid for since I have no complaints. I trust them for future projects.

They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They gave us a fair price considering how quick they were able to do the work (fixing cracked siding) and communicated with us well. We would definitely hire them again and reccomend them.

They do not return phone calls, they have not completed the job correctly, they had two opportunities to do what they were paid to do.

They were good. On time and did the job quickly. I canâ t really comment on the value as Iâ m not too familiar with the pricing of this type of work, but I had a bid that was significantly higher.

The workers arrived on time. They were very friendly and cooperative. They worked swiftly and completed the job in about 8 hours. The estimate was professional, they tried to quote the job in my price range but I could not afford it so I booked them to clean my gutters instead. They cleaned gutters with a leaf blower spraying dirt all over the front of the house and did not clean it up before they left. The workers spent most of their time trying to convince me to have repairs done to my roof under the table and behind the back of Quality Pro Construction. They would not take no for an answer when I told them I wanted done by a licensed and insured contractor. I paid them for the gutters and asked them to leave. I would not recommend this company.

The guy who quoted the job did not come to do the job and did not provide instructions and they did not do the job as they should and it could not be corrected as they permanently altered things that could not be changed back.

Sertzio and is crew were outstanding in every respect. Their plan for fixing the roof was made very clear and their estimate was fair. Completely reliable--I was provided with daily updates on the work--exactly what would be done and when it would be completed. This is an old house and had some issues that they were able to correct. They gave my job full attention until the work was done and followed up afterwards to make sure all was good. I will definitely hire them in the future and I recommend Quality Pro to anyone who needs work done on their house.
