Additionally, I can install wall mounted TV's, Faucets, patch drywall holes (or similar), lawncare (including moving, trimming, blowing of leaves/debris, intermediate electrical work including; replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Last but not least, my rates are standard, not by the hour.
