Went with Diamond Brite for the Aggregate Finish. The company works as a team led by the owner Kevin. The work was done on schedule. The company kept all moving along well. The communication was good-I was always able to reach someone whether it was Kevin or the office manager Elizabeth. The individuals working for S&R know their jobs and were able to provide helpful suggestions to improve all whether it was the equipment or the pool itself."

"I don't understand the old negative reviews. We had our above ground pool installed by TFI and just had them close it. From the first call to today they have been excellent. I normally open and close the pool myself. Why, when TFI will do it? Alicia is superb on scheduling, pricing and service. The field guys are great. Good job Raul! "The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"

"Lawrence spent a lot of time on the phone with me....three times! This was the first time I had ever used Equinox and I was very impressed.  He was very knowledgable, professional and a little funny.  
I am pretty weird when I hire someone to do a job....I expect it to get done...which is something my previous pool guy failed to do.  Equinox went above and beyond, even telling me what chemicals to get on my own, which he didn't want to charge me for.
I will be using them to open and close my pool from now on.
