Victor agreed to come in early in May but he forgot so we scheduled for the following weekend. As we got closer he said he had to reschedule because being that it was mother's day he couldn't get a crew. The first time he came in he said that more work needed to be done (which I understand and I was ok with). He said that the liner needed to be changed, the filter and it was going to cost me $1,000. For the first visit he charged me $175 just to inspect the pool. When he showed up, he came with 2 other workers. they put on a pump to empty the water from the pool. Since that was supposed to take at least 45 min, they left and came back later. They unscrewed all of the connections holding the liner in order to replace it. They also removed the filter to open up a hole and put it somewhere else. I bought the liner myself and when they installed it, they claimed, it is supposed to look crooked because it doesnt matter, what matters is the inside. They had already installed it so there was nothing I could do. After they installed the liner and the filter they struggled to find the screws they had removed themselves. They left some of the parts without screws and recently when it rained and winds were blowing, they came off. According to victor, I had to wait until the pool reached the middle of the filtering square and then I had to "clean" it with the pump. When I asked him about the ducking tape covering the hole, he said, it doesnt matter, its just precaution. My whole point is, I paid for a job done by a professional and the lining was crooked, the whole was covered with duct tape and pieces were coming off. I did what Victor told me to do with the shocking bag and the pump but then the hoses began to leak. While I was reaching out to him and Angi for a resolution, the hose came off and its lose now. I hired a professional becasue I didnt want to have to deal with the back and forth and fixing things myself. I am asking for $500 back since I am going to have to hire someone else to come in and fix the damages done by them. I do not want Victor coming back to my house. I got a taste of the kind of work he does and I do not want to deal with this anymore.

I hired david and victor to blow my lines out for winter. this is my first winter with the pool. they could not figure out how to remove the eyeball from my return lines and told me they were custom so they were unfamiliar. they did not plug the return lines even though i specifically asked if they had. the plug they put in the skimmer popped out within an hour of them leaving and david blocked my phone number as they were leaving my house. i finally got in touch with them through home advisor and basically they told me I did not have the right plug for the skimmer even though I told them I was not sure if I did have it when I spoke with them prior to arrival and they assured me they would bring their own and charge me. after all was said and done, victor basically told me to remove water from the pool myself, buy the right size plug for the skimmer and use a shop vac to vacuum the water out of the skimmer. i paid them for this service and after i addressed all their errors it was like pulling teeth to even try to get them to say they would come back and fix it. no offer and giving me my money back. I finally got a text from david a week or two after they were supposed to come and correct their errors and by that point, I would be even more stupid to trust them with closing my brand new inground pool. do not hire them. save your money.
