Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. The stones that were put on our steps are lean and the step itself is lean. We didn't realize the magnitude of this until a professional company redid the lines and patio, but there isn't anything we can do for our unaligned steps unless we dish out more money to fix thoses. I have been searching for this company's name due to the fact I threw everything out but I found the original emails."
