"Had a flood water heater broke. Call the doctor and came the next day. Promptly on time. Very knowledgeable. Were able to repair instead of replace water heater. Would use again."

"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"The first service man to arrived was basically setup for hot air furnace repair and so he called for a boiler expert to come. We ultimately had 3 service people working together to take care of the problem. Your company dedicated a wealth of resources to fix my problem. I couldn't have been more satisfied. "I needed to repair a steamed boiler pipe that was leaking in three different places. They came in on time the same day and gave me an estimate, They showed the next day during the snow storm and made the repair. YES, I would recommend SAM & JOHN any time."

"Fred came in on 2 occasions. First time to repair my boiler. He did a great job at 1/3 the price PSE&G wanted. The second time he came in to fix a broken backflow valve that PSE&G would not !! He did both very well. He knew the problems before I could even tell him. I would highly recommend Fred."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
