"I was given an estimate, was told my item would be packed in appropriate boxes, my coats were folded in half and packed in regular moving boxes not in wardrobe boxes. My dinnerware, flatware and all of my kitchen supplies were put in two tall boxes, everything mixed up, plates, fine china was packed with my blender and other heavy items, this made it very difficult to unpacked in an orderly fashion. I still have not been able to organise my kitchen because of this. Items were packed in disorganised way for instance, shoes were split up. Boxes were not properly labelled. Pairs of shoes were split up, one placed at the bottom of coat boxes, so I had to look for days to fine a complete pairs of shoes. Toiletries were packed with towels and mislabelled. I spent days looking for my items. Basically I was promised one way of doing things, instead the owner took short cut. I tipped him about $300 and when I asked for money back, I received only the amount I had tipped. Overall a very bad experience."
