"I had Stout and Caldwell perform a Elevation Certification for me due to my property being rezoned as a flood zone by FEMA. Dan informed me that I could submit a LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) to FEMA along with supporting documentation to have the rezoning decision reveresed in my favor thus not requiring Flood Insurance per my Mortgage provider. Dan helped me thru the process of collecting all the required documentation and answered many questions I had along the way.
