"A few weeks ago, after an advanced visit from Ian, a trustworthy Fresh Air Flow HVAC Advisor, during which time, we went over models and he recommended the size ac and furnace, Shawn and Dennis from Fresh Air Flow installed our new Carrier Air Conditioner and Furnace system. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. They worked together really well and knew their jobs. Very professional! All my questions were actually answered, nicely, and in a way that showed they cared. They did a great job and I highly recommend Fresh Air Flow. 5 stars! - John S."

"We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"HVAC is probably not their specialty"

"I highly recommend American Air Duct cleaning. They were right on time super professional and very personable. They were very efficient and answered all questions or concerns I had with my system."

"Clay’s Climate Control has once again provided a quick and thorough resolution to a problem with our AC. The technician took his time when asking for a thorough description of the problem on the phone and then was at my home, after hours, 30 minutes quicker than stated. He assessed the problem and determined the cause, then fixed it within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Clay’s Climate Control and will call them in the future if we experience difficulties!!"

"Warren Rossi came to our house and explained everything we need to know to get a new air and heating system . He was pleasant and professional. Than two technicians came to install the system. They were professional and pleasant and thorough . We’re thrilled with our new system. Great Company."

"For over 20 years my wife and I used another A rated Angie’s List heating and air conditioning firm and we have given them good reviews in the past. Recently our 20+ year old heater started acting up. At times throughout the day or night the burner wouldn’t ignite and we would be without heat. After seven service calls and various parts at the cost of $700.00 our old service company could not repair the heater and the problem remained unresolved. So we decided to get estimates to replace our entire HVAC system mainly due to it’s age and this unsolved problem. Vaughan Heating and Air Conditioning was on our list of acceptable companies to speak with due to their Angie’s List A rating. We called Vaughan and they sent Tony Pellegrino to our home the next day. My wife and I were very impressed with Tony. He spent over an hour at our home scoping out our basement, configuring our new system and answering our questions. Later that day we received the Vaughan estimate that Tony sent by email. I called Tony and he spent another hour on the phone addressing my questions and concerns. We received the other competitor's estimates over the next two days. We accepted the Vaughan’s estimate which was $1,100.00 more then the lowest estimate and $2,500.00 less then the highest estimate we received. Our choice was based on our comfort level with Tony, the price of the job, the longevity of the company (established in 1937) and the quality of the heating and air conditioning units that Vaughan installs. We accepted the Vaughan estimate on Saturday evening and Tony scheduled our job that coming week on Tuesday (for the heater) and Thursday (for the air conditioner). The reason for the one day in between work was because they squeezed our job into an already full week of installations and we were really pleased that they did that for us. On Tuesday morning at 8:30am the installer’s, Marcus and Jeff were at our house ready to start the job. These guys were friendly, professional, extremely competent and also very neat and clean, covering our rugs, etc. Jeff and Marcus did and exceptional job installing our new HVAC system. It’s “state of the art”! My wife and I are extremely happy with the job Vaughan Heating & Air Conditioning did and we could not be more comfortable, then we are now, in our home. A great price, a great people and a great job! We highly recommend Vaughan Heating & Air Conditioning! Len & Lorraine Fedullo"

"David covered his shoes every time he came inside so he wouldn't carry dirt in. He carefully explained everything he found and our options. He came to fix our air conditioner on a very hot and sticky August night, between 9 and 10 pm, itself a great service. The bill was high, but I was glad to have our air back on."

"Got the job done and didn’t over charge me my ac unit just needed to be clean"
