Iâ ve been using David for the last few years on my rental buildings. Heâ s done laminate flooring, carpet, and vinyl planking. His prices are great so heâ s pleasant and he gets the job done and he tells me the truth if I need to replace it or not.

Makes sure that you get a contract and the receipt, make him explained what the procedure would be for the flooring and quarter rounds. The quarter rounds are too large and they do not match the floor. They are white and the floor is walnut, his samples were very limited.
