"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. "We just completed our basement project. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and we just hit 7.5 weeks. The coordination of each step of the process was fantastic. The only downside is the workers came 1 time per week each of the 7 weeks. I think maybe one week more than 1 crew came, but each stage was done 1 day out of the week once a week (ex: Tuesday the framers came, the following week: Friday the electrician came, the following week: Wednesday the sheet rock guys came, etc.). It would have gone much quicker if each stage was back to back days, but again we were told 6-8 weeks from day one and thatâ s what we got. Gail (who is the point of contact for coordination and payments) was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Every team except the spackle team was super clean and picked up after themselves. Paint team was fantastic! The final product is exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommend Basic Basements!"
