"Rey and the team for Sovereign Homes did an amazing job on our complete home remodel including a new addition. This was the second time we used Rey (had previously built an addition for us in our last house) and both times we finished the projects on schedule and were very happy with the quality of the workmanship. Rey was on site every day to manage each phase of the build, and every subcontractor he brought in was respectful and courteous. We managed to live in our house throughout most of the build with two small children and you could tell that the team really cared about keeping a clean and safe jobsite. "They were on time, efficient and got to the heart of the problem after a new roof had been put on the house the year before. Although we had a guarantee from the roofing company, they said that they did not cover that kind of situation unless it could be proved that it was a leak due to their work. We contacted DDP from your list and he came over to review the situation.There was mold forming in the corner of the ceiling which connected the roof. We thought it was a leak but it turned out to be mold. The individual assessed the project and gave us a fair price based on the work needed."
