Emil designed my new kitchen to be much more efficient and beautiful. The entire kitchen was reconfigured and brought up-to-date. The AC was installed beautifully and it works absolutely wonderfully. Updates throughout the house (sheet rock, moldings, paint, new interior doors) were done perfectly. Emil works closely with his clients to assure that they are completely satisfied. Emilco is, by far, the best contracting company I have ever used. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "Rey and the team for Sovereign Homes did an amazing job on our complete home remodel including a new addition. This was the second time we used Rey (had previously built an addition for us in our last house) and both times we finished the projects on schedule and were very happy with the quality of the workmanship. Rey was on site every day to manage each phase of the build, and every subcontractor he brought in was respectful and courteous. We managed to live in our house throughout most of the build with two small children and you could tell that the team really cared about keeping a clean and safe jobsite. "They were on time, efficient and got to the heart of the problem after a new roof had been put on the house the year before. Although we had a guarantee from the roofing company, they said that they did not cover that kind of situation unless it could be proved that it was a leak due to their work. We contacted DDP from your list and he came over to review the situation.There was mold forming in the corner of the ceiling which connected the roof. We thought it was a leak but it turned out to be mold. The individual assessed the project and gave us a fair price based on the work needed."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We used Your Way Contractors to gut renovate a finished attic space that was in bad shape. Gene and his team were fantastic to work with. Gene and his son were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I had been using this room as my home office and the temperature would drop down 45 in the winter and go up to a stifling 85 in the summer.
