He came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate on the spot and scheduled my job within a few weeks (unfortunately Hurricane Ida came in between). His crew did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to prep my basement with extreme care of my belongings, covering everything in plastic. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days and completed all of the work ahead of schedule although they had some unexpected mechanical problems . They cleaned up and left my basement better than they found it. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and Bob was always available for my questions.
