"The appraiser was very professional, thorough and helpful. Although, the package provided to me was incredibly detailed and covered 100%, I felt the price was extremely expensive for a standard boiler in a middle class income house hold. Perhaps, they would best target upscale households were budgets are loose, and family does not want to be bother with extra cost for repairs in the future. It is like wanting a car which you can only afford a Chrysler, and they can only offer you a Jaguar.. sorry but in this hard times, I can not recommend them to anyone I know. We are not rich.."
