I was thinking to replace a Jacuzzi tub as it had been unused for years and the pump no longer worked. Lucas suggested repairing the pump was the way to go and much more cost effective. It works now and saved me the headache and cost of removing and replacing an entire tub. They were in and out in a day and left the area clean. Thank you!

After going through multiple plumbers and feeling ripped off, these guys are life savers. They are actually honest, which is so refreshing after dealing with many other plumbers. They are a pleasure to deal with, always on time, and never try to sell you anything more than you need.

It went fine but was a little on the expensive side. They were very thorough and found leaks I did not know existed, which they fixed. I probably should have been consulted before additional repairs over and above what I contracted for were performed, but again, they were thorough and left no leak unfixed. Note, they do not charge for fractions of hours so 3/4 hour was charged at full rate. Probably the chief reason I gave them a C for price.

Lucas came to the rescue once again.  I did my annual crawl space review and discovered 2 leaks.  The largest was directly under my kitchen sink.  I called Lucas and they wanted to send someone out immediately, but I had an important work meeting in the morning, so I scheduled for 4:00PM.  The Lucas truck was in my driveway when I arrived and Ricky and Brad went right to work.  One man was under my sink and the other in the crawl space.  90 minutes later, I had new plumbing under the sink and a leak in the main water pipe coming into the house was fixed.  The crawl space leak was actually before the cut-off, so if it had deteriorated, there would have been no way to turn the water off without calling the water company.  I like the fact that the Lucas truck is a plumbing supply house on wheels.  They always have everything they could possible need.  They are professional and courteous.  I feel fortunate that I discovered them and thank Angies List.
