The best rug cleaning I have ever had done and they were very dirty from a Summer of tracking in mud and on top of that a new puppy!

EXCELLENT! Pet stains that I tried to remove with everything on the market, nothing worked and some made it worse. Mark said never say never when I told him I realized he probably couldn't get them all out. He worked his magic, they are all gone, I was in shock, he is amazing! I give him FIVE STARS!! I highly recommend him, will definitely call him again.
