He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."
