The two power washing men showed initiative and attention to every detail, and it was a big job. The house has never looked better, and I now know what the BEST POWER WASHING JOB LOOKS LIKE, so it will not be easy to settle for anything less than these guys did today. Hard to describe perfection, but they hit it today. The window washing crew also did a great job. They were organized and efficient, and I was super pleased with the results. "The worst experience ever. The owner Mike treated me like I was an idiot and I was the customer. Makes excuses for everything. Shabby work and not customer service friendly at all! Original quote was increased by thousands of dollars. I had a final payment due to him that was held up from a HUD loan due to a CO required to release the funds to pay him. Had an electrical issue tied to my boiler that left my family with no heat based on work he did. He claimed he could not do anything without getting paid. My house and family were left with no heat and had to hire another person to fix his mistake. Nightmare. Stay away!"
