At around 330, someone called me to tell me they would be out the next morning (12/24), and i would be the first appointment. Noone showed, or called that day. My husband waited until 12/27 to call again and see what was up. They apologized and said they had the dates mixed up and sent Bill and his colleague out within the hour. The work performed was great, they even covered the hole where the original light was nicely and we love our ceiling fan. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.
