The Powerwashing Guys crew did an absolutely amazingly great job!!! I have now found my go-to company for keeping my house in beautiful condition. The two power washing men showed initiative and attention to every detail, and it was a big job. The house has never looked better, and I now know what the BEST POWER WASHING JOB LOOKS LIKE, so it will not be easy to settle for anything less than these guys did today. Hard to describe perfection, but they hit it today. The window washing crew also did a great job. They were organized and efficient, and I was super pleased with the results. This is a big house to get ready for the summer rental season, and I now have the company to help me do it.

They arrived at a time other than what they had told me the day before. They went to the wrong address. I had to remind them to put the outdoor furniture back where they had found it. I had to remind them to do the landing by the front door and the steps.

Great!!! Jonathan responded right away with a quote, and communicated w/ me as I was not home while he was doing the work. He checked on a few other things for me also that I thought needed repair. He was honest & told me that they were working fine. He could’ve taken advantage but did not. Highly recommend him!!!

The work started and completed was awesome. Brian and Jesus attention to detail was great. The finished job that Brian did was outstanding. He covered everything with tarps and cleaned the entire area. The smart choice was hiring Mr. Handy. Thanks again. A+++++

Working with Mr. Handy was a positive experience. They were very responsive and took to meet with me and review the scope of work. Greg came to my condo and spent time explaining the timeline and expectations for the job. When the project was under way I received phone call updates and check ins to be sure things were being done as requested. The finished condo looks fabulous. This company is very professional. I highly recommend Mr. Handy and will be using them in the future..

In a word, Fantastic. Mr Handy (Greg in my case), was attentive, responsive, and the job turned out perfect. Provided reasonable estimate, were timely, cleaned up, and most importantly it really was a major upgrade in both appearance and functionality. Basically, made a standard boring bathroom look classy. High quality workmanship!

Went great.....5's across the board. Reasons: 1) Best quote process. I always get multiple quotes for a project. These guys were first to respond, and with the most complete quote. I went back to them with a few changes needed. Sent someone out the next day, had the revised quote in 3 days. And accurate. 2) Quality of work.....both the power wash and painting look to be top quality. In both cases asked the crew to do something additional while they were on site. Did it immediately with a smile. 3) People....everyone on the two crews was personable, clean, eager to please. They needed to come back and finish when we weren't here. Had to leave a door open for them to do that. Hesitated but did it. Finished the work, locked the door behind them....no issues = trust! All in all, quality work, fair price, good people. Will definitely be going back to them for anything else I need on the Shore house.

Excellent quality work! They exceeded my expectations. All workers and equipment were neat, clean and professional!

I have been trying to get an electrician to my house since February- no one would come over. Finally, after a wonderful experience getting my house power washed, I was informed that Mr. Handy performs other services. After an hour, the worker had my lights on and the timer ready to go. I can't thank them enough. If you are having problems getting contractors to your house, call Mr. Handy- they'll answer the phone, show up and do the work. Thanks Mr. Handy!

Derek did an excellent job installing our fan. It looks great and works even better. The team was prompt and courteous and very efficient.

We couldn't ask for a better job. The workers were efficient and very thorough. They power washed the house, the walkways, the patio, including the pavers (without damaging our fragile screens). Their price was reasonable. All in all, a very professional job. We highly recommend Power Washing Guys.

Great! He sent a reminder email the day before, arrived earlier than scheduled (which was great). His team moved my outdoor porch furniture and returned it to it's original placement. The place looks great. I highly recommend him.

Everything was completed in a timely, efficient manner.

One day late but WORTH THE WAIT.

Derek and team were very helpful in the planning of our 1/2 bath remodel by making suggestions and supply options. Matt, who performed most of the actual labor did an excellent job and was extremely respectful of the rest of the house while the job was in process. We had a couple of minor issues along the way, but this team is very responsive, answering every email/phone call right away. We are very happy with our new bathroom and plan on hiring them again.

Went as planned. Pd cash for work. Never received a receipt. Emailed and phoned for a copy. No response at all.

After seeing a half dozen contractors, none of them were a good match for our needs and budget. Where one told us our existing hardwood floor was no good, another said it was great. One contractor went around the house bragging about everything they thought we needed, without listening to our requests and came up with an outrageous estimate three times our budget! We also enlisted estimates from painting contractors, as well as hardwood floor contractors, but trying to arrange around both of their schedules was too difficult. Then we joined Angie's List and soon found Mr. Handy, who had an excellent rating as well as being a full service contractor for both our painting and hardwood flooring needs. From the moment of our first meeting with Derek, the owner of the Mr. Handy company, he impressed us with his genuine interest in doing the work that we needed as well as suggesting great ideas, with the eye of an artist, that were in line with our goals for our house renovation. Then we received his detailed proposal with an affordable price for the entire job, including exact descriptions of the work, material and costs, right down to the price of the flooring nails. On our second meeting, we signed the contract with a deposit. Derek took his time with our many questions and helped us with learning how to choose paint colors for the walls, ceilings and trim of each room. As this is our second home, we were able to turn our house over to Mr. Handy to do all the work within their own schedule between floors and painting which took about 7 weeks to complete. Since we were not in the area, we received periodic updates, although with our work being done during the Spring of 2017, Derek was also busy with power washing work, so it sometimes took a couple attempts to get an update. Midway through the work, Derek recommended that we add the 5" border along all the floors and later that we have the kitchen cabinets painted. While both of these choices added more to the total price, we agreed with Derek and after seeing the completed work, we were thankful that Derek guided us to make these choices which make a big difference in the total look of the house! As for the work that they did, we were totally amazed and completely satisfied!!! They laid the new hardwood floors in the three rooms without hardwood, which matched the other rooms with the original hardwood and then stained all the floors the same color to match old and new. The floors look amazing and in one case in our 10' entryway from the kitchen to family room, they were able to slope the hardwood slightly down between the height difference from room to room, instead of a using a bulky threshold. It looks awesome and feels totally natural. A real work of art!!! They also added a nice wood frame around an interior entrance between the living room and kitchen, at no added cost! The extensive patching, plastering and painting is all first class and looks great, with the wall colors enhanced by flat white ceilings and the glossy white 5" molding around the floors. As with any major job, there were a few minor spots that were missed or something that we wanted changed and Derek always had the crew come back to correct or change anything that we asked until it was perfect. The house has been in our family for over 30 years, now friends and family are totally amazed at the makeover look and quality of the work in our "new" home! Derek and the Mr. Handy crew are true craftsmen and artisans of home renovation and we highly recommend them!

The workers were professional and incredibly creative. We were told the toilet seat could not be installed and Mr. Handy found a way. But the real thing is that they showed up and were so responsive. In Ocean City it is hard enough to get someone to return a phone call, let alone show up.

We are so pleased with all of the work done by "Mr. Handy" (Derek and his crew). First, we were impressed with Derek's prompt response to my initial call, then the ease of scheduling an appointment for him to come and see what our project was. This continued through the receipt of the estimate, to scheduling the job, to having the work performed. All of our projects look great and one would never know the shed doors were not part of the original shed. Derek's suggestions as to how to improve the shed were spot on. This work was in 3 different areas on our property and their clean up was impeccable. We will be calling Mr. Handy for future projects that arise and have not hesitated in sharing this information with our friends and neighbors.

The work went fantastic. Derek and his teams brought ideas that my wife and had not even thought of that really stepped up the look of the house. While Derek and his guys were they they also saw some other improvements to really have our house stick out in the neighborhood. My wife and I love the house. They have been done for 2 weeks now and every day we get a neighbot walk by and comment on how great the house looks. Thanks OC Derek

I hired Mr. Handy to work on my 2 outside decks of my summer home in Sea Isle City. I really appreciated the time that Derek and Greg took to get the job done right the first time. I've used other contractors in the past and did not have good experiences. Derek and Greg came out to my house and really made me feel comfortable with every aspect of the repairs. They were very detailed and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. I had a quote for the repairs the same day! their customer service also surprised me. Doug, the office manager quickly responded to my emails and phone calls during the repairs keeping me up to date on the progress. The crew that did the work were very polite and treated my property like it was their own. I don't usually write reviews but I had to in this case because my experience was great, and my new composite decks look amazing. Highly recommend!! Mr. Handy. Actually already hired them to redo my wood floors!
