Sparkle Cleaning lived up to its name, sometimes literally. Elisha and Robin were a little late but did an awesome, thorough but very efficient job. The furniture really shines and the glass balcony doors are so clean it looks like they're not even there.

"I am not sure who this client is. First of all, we don't do work in PA. Secondly, we don';t have any services that cost 2000 so I'm not sure what this is based on or in reference to. I'm truly sorry for his bad experience but maybe it was a different Sparkle Cleaning located in Penn"

The chaise lounge was done well, the queen sized couch was only done on one side of the couch cushions. The other size of the cushions and the couch itself was not done at all. The dining room chairs now have water stains on them due to the broken machine. I gave the owner another chance to fix the problem and was told to pick a day and time and she would be out the remedy the situation. I picked a day and time. She called to change the time. When she was 10 minutes late for the second choice, she called to say she would be there in 20 minutes, I couldn't wait around for her to finish the job as she would have been 1/2 hour late and I had another appointment. She never contacted me again to see about another day or time, nor did I get a discount or my money returned for a job very poorly done.

Elisha and her team did a fantastic job. They were very prompt about getting back to us and was flexible with scheduling (and gracious in accommodating a last minute change for us).
They were extremely efficient (a crew of 4) and was able to clean our place in a quick amount of time. We would definitely use her team again and recommend them to others.

I ordered the $99 dollar deal for 4 hours of cleaning. Which means 4 man hours.
Elisha showed up with her team and they started immediately. I was impressed with how fast they worked and I am very happy with how much they did. My house admittedly got away from me and the job was probably bigger than they were expecting. They ended up spending 9 man hours on my rooms but they finished the job. ( I payed the extra hours at the same rate of $99 for 4 hours )
I sort of had an idea I would need more hours than I purchased and Elisha confirmed on the phone that if I needed more time that she would stay.
I would definitely use Sparkle again. Sorry for my house!

They showed up on time with all of the tools that they needed. We went through the house with what I wanted done. They then set out in motion to get all of the work done as quickly as possible. I had guests in my house at the time and they were also amazed at how thorough a job these folks did. Everything was dusted, cleaned, and vacuumed. They were at my house for about 4 hours. I have not found a spot that they missed. I will surely use these folks again.

Elisha did a fabulous job doing the routine cleaning from top to bottom. She also did things that routinely are not done such as wiping down baseboards and ceiling fans.

She mopped the floor with a dirty rag. She didn’t clean the fridge and she didn’t clean the windows. She cleaned one of the bathrooms and vacuumed. She told me that she didn’t do refrigerators even though the deal included a deep cleaning of appliances. Then she told me that I “better give her a good review.” She even cursed at me for something. I’ve dealt with subcontractors and this has never happened to me. I don’t bring any excess baggage with me home and vice versa for work.

Going to make this short and brief. I was to get a complete spring cleaning done. The cleaning they did was fine but they did not to a complete spring service. The window sills and baseboard in kitchen was never touched and had to tell the girls to do the woodwork in the dining room or that would have not been done either.
What I paid was a lot considering that they were only there for 1 1/2 hours if that.
One really big issure for me was they brought their vaccum into the house with the canister filled to the top. Well I don't want someone elses dirt in my house. That really turned me off and good professional cleaners would never to that.

I used Angie's list and found Sparkle Cleaning. What a stroke of luck that I came upon Elisha Wilkinson and her crew of hard workers. They arrived on time, were very professional, and left our home.. well....sparkling ! Each member of the cleaning crew worked extremely hard while cleaning our house. Sparkle House Cleaners, based in Wildwood , NJ. Is worth every penny. They will make your home shine!!

tMy wife and I are both disabled and we found Sparkle Cleaning through a neighbor . We set a date for our house cleaning.They showed up on time and ready to work.. We have been using them for about eight month's every other week, their prices are fair it takes them about three hours to clean for sixty dollars.
