Our shower had slowly leaked and had severely damaged some dry wall located adjacent to the shower. Joe knew the problem and outlined the various steps that he would he have to take. "We originally reached out to Home Techs to do repairs resulting from a flood. Joe got back to us right away and came out to view the damage within a few days. We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats. Space, came up with a plan and completely followed through on the tile installation for my family room and office space. A little over 700 ft.² that had a few dynamic curbs and an uneven concrete floor. Sam was able to masterfully navigate Not only the floor but the design that I had drawn up. I have been in the Tile business for going on 15 years and another 23 years as an architect. Sam Is a talented Tile Contractor bordering on tile artist. I would highly recommend him to be used for your next major project. Being someone who has had a lot of work done to my house. "Do not hire BRADLEY ZOBEL to install a walk-in shower! Photos are of what I have now! In October I hired BRADLEY ZOBEL to replace my tub with a walk-in shower. I paid him $3700.00 in labor and I paid for all materials! The step up to the "walk-in " shower is over 11 inches, tough with bad hips & back! When I told him this will not work he showed me steps I could purchase. SMH Defeats the whole purpose. I called my plumber to see if he could help out. Zobel packed up his tools & materials I paid for and said he'd wait in his truck. As soon as the plumber pulled up BRADLEY ZOBEL pulled away. He told me this job was on hold. "
