We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting. "I sent e-mails to 3 different carpet cleaning companies on a Tuesday & Classic responded almost immediately. I set up an appointment for an estimate only but was told that, since I needed the job done within the week, that they could provide the estimate and do the work the same time if I agreed on the cost. After Johnnie took a examined and measured the areas to be cleaned, he did state that the carpet was in good condition, but that some of the stains of unknown origin may not come up completely. It turns out that my parents must have used a cleaner that caused the carpet to fade in some spots. The carpet came out acceptable but not perfect due to the nature of some of the stains that had set in for years.   
Also, I was not aware that Classic cleans tile and grout, so I had Johnnie include a price to have the bathroom and kitchen wall and floor tiles cleaned. The end result was fabulous! It would have taken my wife and me hours to scrub out the dirt from the grout. My whole project was complete in less than 2 hours. This was my parent's house and due to their advanced age, hadn't had a thorough cleaning in years. This was well worth the cost. We would definitely recommend Classic Services.

"The wooden bench seating that wraps around 3 sides of my oversized deck and the wooden lattice behind it -- which were installed by a previous homeowner -- were starting to fall apart after many years. I wanted to replace them with exactly what had been there before. When Jeff Bowen came to look at my deck, seemed very knowledgeable. He showed me how he could make the benches sturdier than they had been before, with the same clean look. He and his team were extremely punctual every time that they showed up. They were quick, professional and did great work. They were very neat, too -- they removed all of the old, rickety benches and lattice and didn't leave one errant piece of wood lying about anywhere. I'm so pleased with the look of my new benches and lattice, and I know that they aren't just attractive, they're sturdy enough to last for many years of outdoor entertaining. Also of note: Other contractors had suggested that I upgrade the project when they gave me estimates, and I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured to change my vision when Jeff Bowen came for an estimate. He listened to what I wanted, said he could do the job and executed it better than it had been in the first place."
