Get matched with top subcontractors in Demarest, NJ

"I hired Built-Well Builders to extend a balcony floor in my home - giving me additional living space. The extension looks like it’s always been part of my home as everything matches perfectly! I absolutely love it. This is my second time using Built-Well. First time was my master bath and bedroom renovation; another project I was absolutely thrilled with. Both Keith and Grant are very professional and skilled - as are all their subcontractors. I highly highly highly recommend them."

"Bodee was referred to me by Max Parangi, Architect, to do some structural work that was outside of the purview of my kitchen/bath contractor, as well as extensive decorative carpentry. Their crew got everything done very quickly and beautifully. Long story short, after 7 months, the kitchen/bath outfit STILL hadn't finished my kitchen or bathroom, getting me in deep doo-doo with co-op board who wanted the work stopped. After firing them, Bodee took over the entire job, and thanks to Majid, they coordinated with the subs, helped me order materials, picked up and installed appliances, even corrected the original company's mistakes and subpar workmanship, and brought it in for a landing in 30 days! Now I have the beautiful home I've been waiting for for the better part of a year, and I couldn't be happier. I confidently, and enthusiastically, recommend Bodee for your next project; you will be in extremely capable hands. (More pics furnished upon request)"

"Cesar and his workers' were prompt. Most importantly, they are efficient and professional individuals. They completed the home improvement projects as promised. Cesar also fixed another home improvement project; we had not discussed. Lastly, the team cleaned-up after they finished the home projects."

"Emil was incredible! Very professional and easy to reach at any time for questions or recommendations. Would absolutely work with him again."

"Alex and Nelson did an excellent job fixing my old basement stairs. Alex responded to my request for service the same day, and completed the project the following day."

"A Contractor from Heaven! Their work was excellent and I was so happy with their professionalism. They always answered their phone or they would get right back to you. They have great personalities and are very respectful to everyone. They offer options to help with planning for the project because of their experience. Daniel & Maurisio are excellent partners as they are at the work site everyday and every detail must be perfect. Folks they are timely and their work is second to none. One last thing, they do it all, no sub Contractors (except for HVAC) & they make sure the quality workmanship is the final product."
